Pole tents professionally installed tent supported by poles around the perimeter and in the center. These tents are typically for grass installation however can be installed on asphalt surfaces such as parking lots if needed. Sidewalls can be attached as well.

Abr Party Rentals Helpful Tips

* When measuring for tent please add 8' to the dimensions for ropes and stakes, for example a 20x20 would need an area of 28'x28' for proper fitment. Please make sure area is free and clear of low lines, trees, fences etc.

* If you need to utilize the most seating underneath the tents we recommend using The banquet table packages, if you are having a more formal event such as a wedding or shower the round tables are sometimes utilized.

Setup, Delivery, and Takedown

* Abr Party Rentals offers a complimentary service of stacking the tables and chairs near or under the tent. In return we ask that you have the tables and chairs broken down and stacked the way they were left. Along with removing any table coverings, decorations, etc as well, also have the tent free and clear underneath by 11 am the following morning.

Damage or loss

* After the equipment is received the customer is responsible for the safe keep of the equipment, if damage or theft occurs of negligence the customer is responsible and charges will be imposed for replacement or repair.
